NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Talks between the Padres and Yankees regarding a massive trade with Juan Soto as the centerpiece seem to be nearing the finish line. Discussions between the sides, which have been going on in earnest for weeks and date to the summer, picked back up Tuesday afternoon and continued well past midnight.
