A human rights activist group claims that Russian soldiers were “tied to a tree overnight” as punishment for refusing to fight. The Movement of Conscientious Objectors (DSO) said soldiers were subject to “torture by cold and rain” refusing to fight on the front lines of the Ukraine war.
